The apartment was exactly as described with easy access to the city via the metro at Sagrada F. Dan's assistant was on time and welcoming and the flat was clean and kitted out. The bathroom is tiny but that does not matter as the shower is powerful and the flat overall has plenty of space to chill out in.

We were a family of 4 staying at the apartment. It has a super location - 50 meters from the Sagrada Familia, Metro and bus stations, supermarkets etc. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom on the smallish side but we managed. Washing machine very useful (although it takes time for the laundry to dry up). Vika was very kind and let us leave our luggage in the apartment a couple of hours after check out time which gave us more time to enjoy Barcelona.

We had a wonderful time in Barcelona! This apartment was in a very convenient location and close to the metro. We did not meet Dani, but his colleague Alex, who was very welcoming and helpful. Dani did leave us a great list of things to do and restaurants to visit so that was very helpful. Would definitely use this apartment again if we come back to Bacelona.

The apartment was just as shown in the pictures, very comfortable and close to the metro station which made it easy to move around the town. It's right across the Sagrada familia and you can find nice restaurants around. Great spot and nice apartment!

Stayed four days/three nights with five people. this is a large apt with modern furniture in a clean and safe area and convenient for jumping into the city for sightseeing (next to metro & red tour buses and taxis a 3 minute walk). owners were easy to work with on arrival and for departure. beds comfortable for 4 people (2 rooms with 2 single beds), sofa bed was a little strange (maybe for someone is has no problem sleeping). Overall, highly recommend and would stay here again, Barcelona was a city that exceeded my expectations, very nice.

Just a few doors down the street from the amazing Sagrada Familia and from the metro. Wonderful large living and dining room space with nice furniture. Very clean and enjoyable. Helpful information locally and quick response on any questions. Several places to eat nearby and easy to get everywhere on the metro from this central location. There is a bit of street noise but the bedrooms are in the back so not an issue at all.

La casa está genial, es amplia, pegada a la Sagrada Familia, y cumple con lo descrito en el anuncio. La entrega de llaves fue fácil, quedamos en la puerta del edificio y la persona encargada fue puntual y muy atenta enseñándonos la casa. La casa estaba bien equipada (todo tipo de electrodomésticos e incluso un ordenador portátil, wifi… y básicos de limpieza y también aceite, sal, azúcar, etc.) Todo muy bien la verdad.

Dani's flat was awesome. Near the Sagrada Familia. Flat was clean and comfortable. Living room was big and comfortable - we used it as office for our startup. Table is enough big for 5 PC and lot of papers. 
Near flat are good but little bit expensive restaurants. :) i recommend

Very nice apartment in Sagrada Familia. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is great and the metro station is 1 min. away. Supermarkets and restaurants are available and very close.

Dani was there to give us the keys even though we earlier than expected. We left our baggage in the apartment and within an hour it was ready. He helped us with some quick question. He also was very quick in solving the internet problem (it was the company's problem not Dani's). They said it will take a day so Dani didn't wait and provided an alternative right away so we don't spend our first day without internet.

Overall it was great and I highly recommend his apartment.

our one week stay was a very pleasant one. the place was just one block away from La Sagrada Familia, and the metro station, which made it easier for us. 
the unit is clean and cosy. we were provided with fresh towels and linens. it gave us the feeling that "we're home". looking forward to staying there again on our next visit.

This apartment is well equipped with a compact but functional kitchen, two decent sized bedrooms and a spacious living/dining area. There is good wi-fi but you would need to bring your own device as the PC in the apartment needs a good service, or replacement.

There is a min-supermarket across the street which opens early and closes late. A very good bakery down the street and some decent restaurants in the area. The apartment is located in a quiet building just a couple of minutes from Sagrada Familia and the metro station which gives you access to most of the key tourist sites in Barcelona.

The owner is very responsive and efficient, and we would have no hesitation in renting this apartment again when returning to Barcelona.

Nice apartment, perfectly located and well equipped. A bit dark (pictures show that the place is very bright), we put on the light in the morning already. Noisy toilet, but got used to it. One supermarket just across the street. No balcony.

It's a nice place in a good location. You are situated 1 minute from the metro, good restaurant choices and the Sagrada Familia. Dani was great and very helpful with restaurant suggestions and travel advise. You should be prepared to utilize the metro as most of the sites are a short ride away. The bathroom is a pretty small for 3 adults and 2 kids but the apartment is nice and has everything you need.

La descripción del anuncio fue lo que esperábamos, grande, espacioso, buena luz, excelentes camas y totalmente equipado. My husband, two kids and I just left Dani's wonderful apartment in Barcelona and feel very lucky to have found his place. The location is excellent, literally less than 1/2 block from Segrada Familia, near a variety of restaurants and grocery stores and within a one minute walk to the Metro. The apartment was comfortable and well apportioned, with plenty of space to spread out and retreat after hours of sightseeing. 

But, best of all, Dani was a wonderful host. He was responsive and flexible. He patiently and enthusiastically answered all our questions and gave us advice for living and touring around town. He quickly filled in supplies when needed and helped with odds and end several times during our stay. 

We enjoyed this apartment as our home base very much and recommend it highly.

Sehr schönes Appartment in zentraler Lage. Obwohl an einer der Hautptachsen von Barcelona gelegen sehr ruhig, da Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch viele Restaurants im Umkreis. 2 min zur Metro, daher guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

1) The apartment was great, quiet neighborhood close to center, all nicely maintained, all facilities available (hair dryer, iron, kitchen appliances.). House was totally clean and nice!! The host was very nice and helpful. Explained all about the location and directions.
2) Apartment was really nice, clean. Maybe the bedrooms a bit too small but not a major downside. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed.
The host was friendly and helpful, communication with him was very easy.

It's hard to tell from the map, but this apartment's location is amazing. Just steps from the Sagrada Familia, and on the same street as the metro stop (just 50 feet from the apartment entrance).

The apartment itself is clean, modern, and well furnished. Absolutely the best apartment we've stayed at in Barcelona (I've been there 4 times).

Wake up in the morning and see Sagrada Familia from the front window. The place was in great shape and Dani was so helpful with any problems and made great restaurant recommendations. The location is footsteps from the Metro, a doable walk to Ramblas or Park Guel if you so wish. Don't forget to go to Avendida de Gaudi a few blocks away for great food, pastries and hanging. We are planning to return and rent her again.

We were in Barcelona last week and stayed at this beautiful apartment. It is exactly as the pictures show. Very spacious, modern and clean! It has everything you need for a family of four and more! the kids were happy to find some children's books even!

Daniel is a great host! He was very helpful since the moment we contacted him. He always replied really quickly and was really helpful by providing us with maps, tips on where to eat and even got us some basic supplies to start us off. 

The location is great, just a block away from the city bus tour which took us all around the city. The metro station is just a few steps away and 2 stations away from the main attractions. Would definitely recommend!.

Everything was as expected. Good neighborhood, but needed to take Metroto get to the "action"'. Apartment was clean and lovely. Dani was great host and helped with trip planning over the Internet, all good suggestions. Bathroom was small, but quite functional. Good wifi signal.

This apartment is truly only a step away from the famous Gaudi-designed Sagrada Familia and the metro, with lovely park space just opposite the church. There are lots of sights to see within walking distance and the metro gets you to all the downtown places. Daniel Roig is a very considerate, charming and responsive host. The apartment living room is both stylish and comfortable. A particular bonus is the laundry room. It is a separate (tho basic) room made out of an enclosed terrace with both a wash machine and plenty of rack space to dry your clothes without having them impinge on your living space. Altogether, a really good choice.

We stayed in this appartement for 4 days, 2 adults and 2 children 8 and 10. 

Situated only 150m from the Sagrada Familia (you can actually see it from the appartment!) and next to a main metro station this is the excellent spot to start the discovery of Barcelona from, with (and without) kids. The living room is in the front of the building and offers a nice experience, view, sound and smell of Barcelona with the windows open. The quiet bedrooms are in the backside from the street and have good beds. Overall the appartement is modern and clean with all the comforts we needed. 

The owner is a very friendly easygoing guy and very helpful who made our stay as comfortable as possible.

We decided to have another trip to Barcelona this year, this time with our two boys (5yrs and 4mths). We have been looking for a reasonable big apartment, suitable for family, in good localization. 
The apartment is very well located, close to metro station and Sagrada Familia with plenty of shops around. It is very well equipped, feels more spacious than it is. A leaving room is quite laud though even during the night but thanks to the fact that both of the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment you can take a good sleep even in a strict city center of Barcelona. 
What we cannot miss the fact the landlord is very helpful ready to help you in any matter probably - he responded for the small defect of a shower drain within an hour.

This apartment is really good. Next to the Sagrada Familia, the only thing is, the beach is kinda far, but the subway and bus are only 2euros. The taxi is really cheap too. 
There is lot of space, in this apartment. The check-in was really quick and good, Dani gave us all the informations we needed. The Check-out was exactly the same.
The Kitchen is open so it's really easy to be part of the conversation while you're cooking. Nothing to say about the apartment I was really happy with it. There is nothing bad to notice. Maybe only the sound of the shower but it's a really small detail.
If I'm going back to Barcelona next summer, I will probably rent this apartment again.

This is a great place to stay and visit Barcelona. It is spacious, clean, very well organized and with all comfort you need. We stayed there with 2 adults and 2 children (10 and 12) but the place has room enough for 4 adults. In the proximity you will find all transportation (metro, bike rental, bus turistic) to visit all the hotspots of Barcelona. The host, Dani, is friendly and helpfull. We highly recommend this appartement to anyone who wants to have a more than pleasant stay in Barcelona. We wil indoubtedle will be visiting again.
